The Institute of Medicine recommends higher intake levels of 15 key nutrients after birth vs pregnancy.
Your body is going through an entirely different process and requires a different nutrient profile to support the new functions of the body. Your body's needs change significantly after birth and during breastfeeding, requiring higher nutrient levels than a prenatal provides.

Vegan Life’s OMEGA (DHA+EPA)

Our vegan omega-3s derived from micro algae is a plant-based alternative to fish oil that combines both EPA and DHA. 300mg EPA and DHA supports fatty acid concentrations in breastmilk for lactating women, and is essential for many important functions in the body including heart, eye and brain health and function.

Vitamin C

Rich in antioxidants, Vitamin C is a key vitamin to support your body after birth. Vitamin C is a known calcium helper, essential for calcium absorption and bone health. Our research shows that most women get enough calcium in their diet, so we focused on nutrients that support absorption of calcium from the diet. Vitamin C plays a key role in immune function, healthy hair growth and digestion.

Vegan Vitamin D3

Our vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol) comes from certified organic, 100% non-GMO marine algae. Folate

We use methylated folate 5-MTHF, the metabolically active form of folic acid. For up to 1/3 of people who possess the MTHFR gene, the conversion of folic acid to folate is inefficient. This form ensures optimal absorption regardless of having this common gene variation.

High-quality post natals

I came across this brand as an advertisement and was intrigued with their products. I was looking to prepare my body after birth and know I needed to keep my body replenished and help my hormones. I’ve been taking these for the last five months and I feel like my recovery and overall well-being is from taking these. I also love how there are different products tailored to the different stages of being postpartum.

Such a different postpartum!

I started taking the Postnatal Multivitamin + Omega-3 as soon as my 2nd daughter was born. My postpartum journey was such a different experience than my first, in a good way! Less brain fog and more energy. Highly recommend!

I started taking these shortly after delivering and have loved it. I appreciate the combo of multivitamins plus omegas which are both really important for postpartum recovery and breastfeeding. My baby is now +10 months and I'm still breastfeeding and taking these every day.

We recommend taking Postnatal + Omega 3 for at least a year post birth, and longer if you continue breastfeeding beyond year one. If you are breastfeeding: we recommend to continue taking while weaning and for three months after as your hormones regulate.
