Orders

I received an error message when trying to checkout. What do I do now?

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Apple Pay and all credit cards.  

Can I cancel or change my order when it’s processing?

We are not able to cancel or reroute an order once it’s been placed. We apologize for any inconvenience!

That said, if you've placed an order within the last few hours, we may be able to help! Reach out to our team (support@thisisanya.com) as soon as possible, and we'll see what we can do for you.

Subscription renewal orders are able to be adjusted or cancelled prior to being sent and you will receive a notification enabling you to make any changes before it’s processed.



My order arrived damaged, was returned to you or arrived and is wrong. What should I do?

How does the Anya subscription work?

For $70 per month, 3 Anya products are delivered to your door each month. To get started, simply answer a few questions to help us make the best recommendations for you. Review our recommended products, and make any changes to what's in your box. You select the date when you would like your first box to ship, then we ship monthly after that. Each month's box is designed specifically for what most women experience in that month postpartum, but we know every woman's experience is different so you always have the opportunity to make changes to future boxes. You may cancel or skip anytime.

What will happen after I subscribe?

You will receive notifications about the status of your order and prompts to make any adjustments to future orders.

How do I edit the items in my upcoming order(s)?


To make any changes to your subscription, sign into your account here. On the subscriptions page, click “edit your subscription”. You can edit your items directly from there. Feel free to reach out to support@thisisanya.com if you have any additional questions.

Can I put my subscription on hold or skip months?

Yes. To make any changes to your subscription including adjusting your future delivery date, sign into your account here. On the subscriptions page, click “edit your subscription”. How do I cancel my subscription?

How do I view my future deliveries?


To view upcoming shipments sign into your account here. On the subscriptions page, click “edit your subscription”.

Where can I find my processing or past orders?


To make any changes to your subscription, sign into your account here. Navigate to the order history page.

Can I add or delete items to my next order?


At this time, our subscription includes three products of your choosing and you can’t make modifications to the number of items. We’d love to hear from you if you’d like to see Anya offer this option, email us support@thisisanya.com

What is the cutoff to change or skip a scheduled delivery?

You will receive an email notification prior to your next delivery shipping to adjust your order before we ship. You have 2 days from when you receive the email to make any adjustments to your order.

Can I buy Anya products without subscribing?


Yes, you can purchase all of our products individually. We also offer gift options with bundled items.

How do I edit my billing information?


To make any changes to your subscription, sign into your account here. On the subscriptions page, click “edit your subscription”. From here, you can edit your billing information.

How do I edit my shipping address?


To make any changes to your subscription, sign into your account here. On the subscriptions page, click “edit your subscription”. From here, you can edit your shipping information.

When will my card be charged?


Your card will be charged immediately upon checkout of your first order. Then in subsequent months, your card will be charged after your order processes every month (every 27 days). If you selected a future ship date for your month 1 Recovery Plan subscription, your month 2 and beyond will be charged 27 days after the initial ship date.

I can’t login/forgot my password!


You can reset your password by heading to the account login page here. Then, select "Forgot Password," enter your email address, and a reset link will arrive in your inbox within the next few minutes.

Where do you ship?


Currently, we ship to the US only.

What is your return policy?


If you are unhappy with your order we'll refund your first order in full within 30 days. No return necessary.

How do I return an item?


If you are unhappy with your products please reach out to support@thisisanya.com to initiate a return.

When will I see my refund?


Please remember it will take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method.

Products

When you say 'clean' what do you mean?

Clean means that our products contain no harmful ingredients. Each and every Anya product is tested by third party labs for safety and efficacy. Our products are carefully formulated and rigorously tested to be nontoxic.

We ban a long list of ingredients we will never use like parabens in our topicals and synthetic preservatives in our ingestibles. Learn more about our standards here.

Are your products breastfeeding safe?


Yes, all products have been formulated for breastfeeding mothers. All of our formulas have been approved by a toxicologist and have been reviewed by OB-GYNs to determine safety while breastfeeding.

Are your products organic?

We use organic ingredients wherever possible. Our lactation tea and calming tea use 100% organic ingredients and are certified organic. Our nipple balm uses organic ingredients.

Are your products vegan?


Yes, all of our products are 100% vegan. Learn more about our product standards here.



Are your products gluten free?


Yes, all of our products have been third party tested for gluten and are gluten-free. Learn more about our product standards here.



Are your products suitable for all skin types?


Yes, our products are suitable for all skin types.



Who should take a postnatal and for how long?

We recommend Anya's Postnatal Multivitamin and Omega-3 be taken by women for at least a year after giving birth or for as long as they plan to breastfeed or pump.

Are Anya products FDA approved?

By law, the FDA does not approve dietary supplements or topicals. However, at Anya, our products are manufactured in accordance to the FDA’s current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs), which help ensure quality and safety. Anya also completes third party lab testing for heavy metals, microbes, allergens, and other contaminants, helping to ensure our products are compliant within current guidelines and regulations.

How do I redeem a gift card or account credit?

You will receive your gift card via email, click through the link to the website where your giftcard code will be auto-populated, and you will be prompted to complete a brief quiz. This helps us to customize your gift to your preferences and make sure we ship it to you at the right time. Make sure you complete checkout by providing us with your email and shipping address.






I bought a gift card, but the recipient never received it. What do I do?

The gift card should have been sent to your email to be forwarded along to the recipient. If you’ve checked spam, promotion folders, etc. and still can’t find it, please contact us support@thisisanya.com.
