How do you take it?
Add 2.5 droppers full to 8 oz. water. To fill dropper, squeeze bulb, liquid will fill the tube roughly halfway, that is considered a dropper full.

I have been using these drops for over 3 months now and they allow me to keep my milk supply consistent. I can’t say that it has increased significantly because I struggle with how much I produce. But it helps me continue with the supply I do have. It tastes good as well!
I had high hopes for these drops and bought the 3 month supply. Sadly these didn't work at all for me. I had previously been taking the same herbs in individual tinctures with great results so I thought this product that combined them would work and be easier to take but nope I'm back to taking each herb individually and it works. Also the drops are clear and all my other tinctures of the same herbs are not so maybe it's not as concentrated as individual herb tinctures.

For context, our formula provides 1000 mg per serving of Moringa, Goat’s Rue, Shatavari, and Fennel. The clarity of the tincture isn’t necessarily related to its concentration, but rather the extraction process and formulation. We intentionally developed the drops with a light grapefruit flavor to make them easier to take without being overpowering.
We also recognize that every postpartum journey is different, and responses to herbal support can vary from person to person. We’re sorry this wasn’t the experience you hoped for.

I use this at the end of the day just to make sure I have enough to give baby girl for the evening feed. It's definitely works! Love this product. Wish I had it with my last baby!
Can I take Lactation Tea and Lactation Drops at the same time?
All of our doctor-backed and nutritionist-formulated products are allowed to be taken together. However, with our lactation supplements, we’d recommend trying one for a few days then the other to see which works better for you, your body and your baby.
What is the difference between Lactation Tea and Lactation Drops?
Our Lactation Tea and Lactation Drops contain a different blend of herbs, a notable difference being that our Lactation Tea contains Fenugreek and our Lactation Drops do not. We made them both so our moms have options to choose from and test to see which works best for them. While Lactation Tea is steeped, Lactation Drops are simply added to 8 oz of water or any beverage of your choice. In addition to the format, the herbal blends in our Tea vs. Drops are different, you can find the ingredient lists for both on each product’s product page.
Are Lactation Drops breastfeeding safe?
Yes, all products have been formulated to be safe for breastfeeding mothers. All of our formulas have been approved by a toxicologist and have been reviewed by OB-GYNs to determine safety while breastfeeding.
Are Lactation Drops 3rd party tested?
